date squares

Grandma's Date Squares

These date squares, made with rolled oats and dates, offer a wholesome blend of fiber, natural sweetness, and sustained energy. Oats provide heart healthy soluble fiber, which can help lower cholesterol and support digestion, while also offering complex carbohydrates that keep you feeling full longer. Dates contribute natural sugars, potassium, and antioxidants, making them a nutrient-rich alternative to refined sweeteners. Together, they create a snack that’s satisfying, energizing, and supportive of digestive health – all while feeling like a treat.
