The Anne C. Pappas Center for Breast Imaging at Rhode Island Hospital is a full-service breast imaging facility staffed by radiologists with special expertise in breast imaging and is designed to provide state-of-the-art breast imaging and intervention.

All breast imaging at Rhode Island Hospital is performed by board-certified radiologists with subspecialty training in this area. In fact, our facility was the first Breast Imaging Center of Excellence in the state, as designated by the American College of Radiology.

The special lightweight gowns provide maximum coverage with an emphasis on comfort to help women feel at ease during mammograms and other breast procedures.
