The Hasbro Children's 2025 Heroes Ball
A storybook fairytale came to life on March 8, 2025, at the RI Convention Center as Hasbro Children's held its 2025 Heroes Ball – Once Upon a Time. Heartwarming stories of hope and healing were shared to a packed ballroom of over 600 donors. Former patients told their stories of how Hasbro Children's shaped their lives. Inspired donors raised over $1.25 million in support of Hasbro Children’s mission, with $390,000 benefiting the evening’s fund-a-need, focused on advancing pediatric pulmonary care.
2025 Hasbro Children's Heroes Ball: Meet DJ
Born prematurely at 20 weeks and weighing only 1 lb. 2 oz, DJ received the intensive care he needed from his interdisciplinary care team at Hasbro Children's. His grateful mom says he is happy, thriving, and they look forward to the removal of his tracheostomy tube in the future.
2023 Hasbro Children's Heroes Ball: Meet Gabby
Gabby began to experience chronic pain, headaches, and stiffness of her joints. She was diagnosed with functional neurological disorder (FND), a medical condition where patients experience real neurologic symptoms which can be impairing, but not caused by any identifiable medical condition. The Hasbro Children's 2022 Heroes Ball
On Saturday, August 27, Hasbro Children’s celebrated its signature event, the Heroes Ball. Guests were transported to the beauty and enchantment of Italy. The night focused on a number of programs that comprise Compassionate Care Services and are important to the patients they benefit by providing patient-centered experiences often focused on joy and play, a child’s number one priority.
