Izzy's Story

Izzy had been treated at Bradley Hospital when she was younger through the partial program where she was diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and general mood disorder. After an incident at school where her aggression escalated to a crisis point, her family made the difficult decision to have her admitted to the inpatient program. Her family visited daily and learned skills to help Izzy. With communication strategies, sensory tools, and other interventions from her Bradley Hospital care team, Izzy learned to manage her feelings and behaviors when frustrated. Izzy's mom says, "Bradley Hospital was the best decision we could have made."
